I've been fascinated with makeup since I was a child. Like most little girls, I had dolls with lipstick smeared all over their faces and deranged hair from being constantly brushed and played with. By the time I was a teenager, I was doing hair for all the little girls I babysat and makeup on all of my friends. I was also very involved in my years of school art classes, painting and working with clay, which I believe gave me many of the skills I use for makeup today: blending colors, visualizing undertones, patience and a steady hand. I possessed the elements, but I didn't know I wanted to be a makeup artist until I was in college working towards a marketing degree. I embarked on my new journey by going to beauty school and getting my license. I then went to work in a salon for a couple of years. I soon grew bored and decided to branch out into a more exciting area of hair and makeup...the entertainment industry! I wanted to be prepared for anything and acquire the knowledge to give me a leg up in this very competitive business, so I attended Hollywood makeup school Joe Blasco. I learned how to do everything from beards & hairwork to prosthetics & aging, wax character work and everything in between. When I graduated, I felt ready to join the ranks of professional makeup artists! Now, twenty years later, I still thoroughly enjoy what I do, from celebrity shoots to gritty locations, organizing/heading a make-up department to teaching aspiring make-up artists in Japan and Taiwan. I love to be creative and work on many different types of projects, and I will do my best in any situation to please my client and yours. I welcome an artistic challenge and consider myself privileged to have worked with some of the most talented people in the business.

I am flexible to travel nationally and internationally and have a current passport. Thank you for visiting my website.
